    Oy! Reading this article made me wonder if we are creating a population of pathological narcissists. It was also rather sad to read: “Can I suggest that you look some more at my article from 2007 (I think) in the Journal of Transformative Education. In it, I suggest that we need first to connect with participants on the basis of their oppression and only once this is done is it possible to move to focus on their privilege. I’d be pleased to discuss this with you more. I think it may have been a helpful approach in your training challenge.” How privileged does one have to be to turn a job away?
