    This is very interesting. I am not certain what it means that the US and Western Europe are not even listed on the Number 2 Growth Rate. Does it mean that they have already instituted processes and others are playing catch-up or is the “west” falling behind on this.

      Since it measures only growth, America and Western Europe have started far ahead of other regions, many of which have made amazing strides in the last few years. For example, I was recently in North Africa to teach an Ed Tech Conference. Many in the region had only just gotten internet access, however the speeds were far faster than what I could get at home!
